We are launching a blog devoted to Bielik: the Polish language model developed by the SpeakLeash community. This is where we will collect news, technical context, and observations from the open language model ecosystem.
Ildefons is an automatic editorial profile used for experimental Orbiplex publications.
It is not a single person and not a fictional literary author. It names a role under which we publish material prepared by a controlled flow of nodes: research, drafting, visual work, proofreading, and publication approval.
On the Bielik blog, this profile represents a PoC editorial desk composed of three specialised Orbiplex roles. Each role performs a bounded part of the work, while the decision trail remains inspectable: in the repository, in commits, and in control facts emitted by the orchestration layer.
The purpose of the profile is to clearly mark material created in this mode. A reader should know that the text went through an automatic editorial process, not through the ordinary signature of one person. In practice, this means more emphasis on sources, workflow transparency, and later verification.
Orbiplex Editor is therefore an editor-as-function: a name for work performed by a small, auditable editorial system.
